2. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies you personally ("Personal Data") and information regarding your usage of the App.

A. Information You Provide to Us

1. Registration Data: Name, email address, phone number, and physical address.
2. Merchant Data (Super Dispatchers): Business name, business address, registration documents (CAC), and fleet management details (if applicable).
3. Dispatcher Data:
1. Identity: Driver’s license and government-issued ID.
2. Vehicle Details: Vehicle registration documents and photographs of the vehicle for verification.
4. Financial Data: Bank account details or payment card information. Note: We do not store sensitive card details on our servers; these are processed via our secure partners (Paystack and Seerbit).

B. Information We Collect Automatically

1. Location Data (GPS):
1. For Customers: We collect your precise location to set pickup and drop-off points.
2. For Dispatchers & Merchants: We collect real-time geolocation data when the App is in use to track deliveries, optimise routes, and calculate fees.
2. Device Information: Device model, IP address, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
3. Usage Data: Access times, pages viewed, and the routes taken.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following legitimate business purposes:

1. Service Delivery: To facilitate the pickup, transportation (local, interstate, or international), and delivery of shipments.
2. Fleet Management: To allow Merchants to assign and monitor their own dispatchers within the platform.
3. Real-Time Tracking: To share the Dispatcher’s live location with the Customer and Merchant during an active order.
4. Payments: To process transactions using Paystack and Seerbit.
5. Safety & Verification: To verify vehicle condition (via photos) and driver identity to ensure platform safety.
6. Communication: To send order updates, receipts, and support messages.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following situations:

1. Between Users:
1. Dispatchers see the Customer’s pickup/drop-off details.
2. Customers see the assigned Dispatcher’s name, vehicle photo, and real-time location.
3. Merchants may access data regarding the Dispatchers assigned to their specific fleet/orders.
2. Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who perform services for us:
1. Payment Processors: Paystack and Seerbit.
2. Cloud Hosting & Maps: Providers that host our servers or provide mapping technology (e.g., Google Maps).
3. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., The Nigeria Police Force or EFCC).

5. Payment Processing

All financial transactions on Volexx are handled by our third-party payment gateways, Paystack and Seerbit.

1. We do not store your full credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
2. These processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards to ensure the security of your payment data.

6. Your Rights (NDPR & NDPA Compliance)

If you are located in Nigeria, you have specific rights regarding your personal data:
